The west bay has a 900 sq. ft. front office area, a 3,600 sq. ft. shop as well as a 900 sq. ft. mezzanine area. It has two washrooms and one overhead door.
The centre bay has a 2,430 sq. ft. front showroom area and a 2,070 sq. ft. shop with two overhead doors. There is also an upgrade 900 sq. ft. mezzanine which features two exterior windows, skylights, a separate washroom on top of the two other washrooms on the main floor and separate heating and air conditioning.
